What is your processing time?

All items are handmade in small batches. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons, processing may be slightly longer, but I always do my best to get your order out quickly.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is handmade, I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Do you take custom orders?

At the moment, I’m not offering custom orders as I’m focused on building inventory for my shop and website. If this changes in the future, I’ll announce it through email updates and Instagram.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order ships, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your package is on the way.

Where do you ship?

Right now I ship within the United States. I hope to open international shipping soon.

Are the bags washable?

Yes — spot clean or gently hand wash with mild detergent. Lay flat to air dry.

Avoid machine washing to help your linen keep its shape and texture.

What materials do you use?

Most bags are made with high-quality linen, cotton lining, and YKK zippers with suede pulls.

My quilted boxy pouches include a soft batting layer for structure.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

How is the photography done?

Colors may vary slightly due to lighting. I photograph each bag using natural and studio light so you can see how the linen looks in different settings.
